2U - Based in the UK. Sells mobile phones, along with related products and services. Two tier. Net 60, by direct credit into bank accounts, and accounts outside the UK have a minimum of £500. International publishers OK. However, their physical products are only shipped to UK customers, while some other products are worldwide.

Addresses.Com - People search, phone listings, and background check type services. Pays CPC per search.

Alpha Real Tones - Based in the UK. Ringtones, wallpapers, and other mobile phone downloads from Jamster and Stealthnet. Net 50, minimum £25, by check or PayPal.

Blitz Planet - A system for mobile phones to send discount rate SMS text messages, along with photos and email. Based in the UK, but international publishers OK.

Clon Com - Calling cards. Offers recurring commissions. Two tier. Net 10, minimum $25, by check (US only), wire transfer, or PayPal. They also have a Spanish-language version.

Comfi - Various telephone services, including international calling cards. Two tier. Seems to own Push Line.

Commission River - Owned by Bay Hill Capital (formerly known as Cognigen Networks. Seems to have a small number of sponsors oriented to Internet and telephone services. Their selling point seems to be a focus on determining keywords to use for search engine optimization, in order to draw traffic. Net 30. International publishers OK.

Funtonia - Sells paid subscriptions to downloadable ringtones for mobile telephones. Net 30, minimum $100, by check or PayPal. International publishers OK.

Jet Numbers - Offers phone numbers in various countries, which can forward to your regular phone line, or be answered by voice mail. Two tier. International publishers OK.

Joi Phone - Voice phone services, including unlimited calling in the US and Canada (requires the customer to already have a DSL or cable broadband Internet connection.) Subscribers must stay for at least 61 days to qualify for a commission. Pays monthly, minimum $100, by check or PayPal. International publishers OK.

Just Dial - International telephone service for customers in the UK. It appears that they assign publishers with a separate access number, which then credits his/her affiliate account, when used on a conventional phone. Also offers mobile phone prepaid top-up cards. Their contract has an exclusivity clause stating that they must be your only merchant offering telephone services. They also require certain minimum sales/usage levels to be maintained.

Kall Cents - Net 14, minimum $100. Domestic and international long distance. Their publisher signup form only accepts US addresses.

Prepaid Online - Prepaid phone cards, prepaid wireless, and related products. Also offers PinPipe, for selling virtual PINs. Two tier. Pays quarterly, minimum $50, by check only. International publishers and traffic OK.

Speedy Pin - Mobil phones, airtime recharges, and regular phone cards. Two tier. Pays quarterly, minimum $50. International publishers OK.

Tel 3 Advantage - Long distance and international phone cards. Two tier. Pays weekly, minimum $50.

Tiscali Network - Based the UK, and serving that market. Telephone and Internet broadband services. However, when we checked on 23 Oct 07, the link to their signup form was broken.

TMI Wireless - Free cell phones, dish TV, and related items. Two tier. Net 35, minimum $25. International publishers OK.

US Prepaid Telecom - Various prepaid phone products, including wireless. A serious red flag is that they charge the publisher a setup fee and monthly fee to participate. We never recommend any program with such requirements. Net 7, minimum $50. International publishers OK.

White Pages / 411 - Online directory assistance, with searches for phone numbers, address, and other "people search" features. Offers $5 per 1,000 clicks to their sites. Pays 30 days after each quarter, minimum $50. Accepts US and Canadian publishers, and others on a case-by-case basis.

Wireless Galaxy - Cell phones and wireless computer products. Check or PayPal. International publishers OK.

WQN - Phone cards. They require exclusivity - i.e. they must be the only phone card affiliate program on your site. Pays 30 days after each quarter, minimum $100. International publishers OK.

Zap Tel - Offers phone cards for domestic and international calling. Also seems to offer cell phone refill PINs.
