MaxBounty - Lead-oriented CPA network. Large number of Freebies, sweepstakes, giveaways, and survey type campaigns. Incentivized traffic OK for some offers. We have used this network, and have received payments.

CyberBounty - Features various lead-type merchants, along with freebie-oriented mirror sites. We use this network, and have received payments.

Ad Reporting - Mainly CPA advertisers, with some CPC and CPM. Text links, banners and pops. Many freebie and giveaway type lead offers. They have their own optimized rotation to deliver the best performing ads for your site. Also does email newsletter ad placements. Based in Canada, but accepts international publishers. Over 90 merchants. Net 15. We use this network, and have received payments.

AffiliateNetwork.Com - Oriented to freebies and other lead registrations, with a focus on email marketing. Net 30. Owned by Cover Clicks.

AAA Full Color Printing - Business cards. Pays either per click, or per registration for a free sample, depending on your conversion ratio. Net 10, minimum $50. International publishers OK, with some exceptions.

IDI Campaigns - CPA / Affiliate network which includes freebie type offers, and education lead collection sponsors. Net 30, minimum $50, by check or PayPal. Owned by Infinite Development Group. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

Lead Crunch - Acquired by MaxBounty, in July, 2005, with advertisers and publishers transferred.

Light Speed Research - Signups to take surveys for rewards. Net 30, minimum $15. Their publisher form only takes US and Canadian addresses.

Flux Ads - CPA / affiliate network. Seems oriented to freebies type leads. Allows opt-in email and PPC search engine marketing. No incentivized traffic. International publishers OK. Minimum payment $100.

Gaming Dudes - Users complete surveys for points, which are redeemable for free video games. Only pays in points credited to your own account.

Keycode - Pays for users printing a coupon.

Leader Markets - Over 450 lead-oriented sponsors, and seems to have many freebies type offers. Allows opt-in email list marketing. Requires at least 5,000 page views per month. Minimum payment $25 ($100 for international publishers), Net 60 (counting from their receipt of payment from the advertiser.) International publishers OK.

Offers Quest - Somehow connected to the now-defunct Associate Leads. Requires 3,000 monthly unique visitors. Minimum payment $20 (outside US and Canada minimum $50), Net 15. Accepts email list publishers.

Opinion Outpost - Sign up users who can earn points by completing surveys.

Prize 365 - Based in the UK, but it isn't clear what their target audience is. Signups for contests and sweepstakes with free prizes. Two tier. International publishers OK.

Rocket Profit - Dating, sweepstakes,and giveaway registrations.

Perfect Paycheck - Seems to focus on email collection for giveaways and other signups.
