Blue FN - Oriented to financial services offers for financial content sites. Two tier. Net 45, minimum $50. Pays by check, PayPal, or wire transfer.

Commission Soup - CPA / Affiliate network focused on credit card offers from major issuers (Discover, Chase, etc), along with loans, mortgages, and other credit / finance advertisers. Non-US publishers OK. We use this network, and have received payments.

1 Cover - New Zealand oriented travel insurance. Net 20, minimum NZ$50, by cheque or direct credit. International publishers OK.

ABC Leads - Various types of insurance and home improvement products. Two tier. Net 10, no minimum. International publishers OK.

The Ad Authority - CPA / affiliate network, focused on leads for stock market and similar investment related offers. Looking for financial content publishers only. International publishers OK.

Alert Pay - Online person-to-person and merchant payment system (similar to PayPal.)

American General Financial Services - Loans, retail financing, real estate loans, and other credit products. They don't give many details, and prospective publishers must email them for more information.

Artog - Sells Australian home and car loans, along with home and life insurance. Net 30, minimum $50. International publishers OK, but they want Australian traffic.

AVA FX - An online forex trading platform. They just give an email address to request more information.

Card Affiliate - A selection of credit card offers. They seem to also do some kind of offline marketing.

Card Offers - Content feeds to incorporate into your site, with a wide variety of credit cards.

Care One - Credit counseling and debt consolidation leads. Two tier. International publishers OK, but it looks like they only want US traffic.

Cash Doctors - Based in Australia, and offers short term payday loans to that market. Net 30, minimum $50, by PayPal or direct credit. International publishers OK.

Cash Net USA - Offers payday advance loans. They are related to the UK program listed below, Quick Quid.

Cash Now - Offers payday loans in Australia and New Zealand. It appears that they also pay for signups by new franchisees. International publishers OK.

Charge.Com - Credit card merchant accounts. International publishers OK.

Credit Card Commerce - Offers merchant accounts and payment gateway for online sales. Two tier. Net 30. International publishers OK. However, when we checked on 1 October 2007, their page states that the program is temporarily offline.

Credit.Com - A wide selection of CPA credit offers. Net 30, minimum $10. International publishers OK.

Cure A Debt - Offers debt settlement and credit counseling for consumers, and also for businesses. Payments via check or PayPal, depending on location and amount.

Debt Lead Affiliates - A selection of lead-collection sites. Net 15, minimum $50, by check or PayPal. International publishers OK. Their Terms And Conditions has two discrepancies - listing the minimum payment as $100, and also mentioning something called, "Shop Announce" in the UK (even though Debt Lead Affiliates appears to be in America.)

Debt Reduction Center - Offers a debt consolidation program. Claims Net 1. International publishers OK.

E Debit Pay - Offers prepaid debit cards. Requires a minimum of 100 unique page views per month. Net 60, minimum $100. International publishers OK, although there offers seem to be directed to US audiences only.

e-Financial Affiliates - Affiliate network based in the UK, for that audience. As the name implies, they focus on Financial type lead offers. Owned by Carter Phillips Affiliate Network. International publishers OK, although it appears that they only pay via PayPal for those outside the UK.

e-gold - An online person-to-person money transfer service (similar to PayPal.)

Elliott Wave International - Products related to stock market pattern/trend analysis.

Emigrant Direct - Offers internet bank accounts paying high interest rates, and also MasterCard credit cards.

Excel Credit - "Marine financial services" - loans to buy or refinance boats. They also have an RV loan and refinance division. Net 30. International publishers OK.

First Premier Bank - Offers credit cards to those with less than perfect credit. Requires at least 10,000 visitors per month. Allows some email marketing. You must submit an invoice to request payment. Some international publishers OK. Note that their copyright notice states, "2003."

Fix My Credit Now - Leads for credit consultations. Pays monthly, minimum $50. Two tier. International publisher OK.

Forex Affiliate - Linked to Easy Forex. Sells accounts for foreign exchange (currency trading.) Revenue sharing or one-time CPA. Two tier. Net 45, and offers PayPal and wire transfer payments. International publishers OK.

Forex Cash - Signing up users for forex trading accounts. Two tier. Net 10, minimum $100. It appears that you can choose a one-time bounty, or a percentage of new deposits. Based in the UK, but international publishers OK.

Free Debt Consolidation - Offers services to over-extended credit consumers. Also note that they have a similar program (with a greater variety of creatives) through LinkShare.

Go Emerchant - Offers merchant accounts to accept credit cards.

Go Free Credit - Offers free online credit reports with a trial membership in their credit monitoring service.

Good Returns - New Zealand oriented books on financial topics Pays quarterly, minimum $50. International publishers OK.

Hot Stix - Subscriptions to a stock market analysis service.

iCommissions - Ad network focused on personal finance products. We use this network, and have received payments.

iForex - Currency exchange trading accounts. Tiered to pay higher commissions for more referrals. International publishers OK.

Johnson Lane - Appears to be defunct.

Just Data - Based in Australia. Sells data for stock market traders. Offers direct credit to Australian bank accounts. International publishers OK.

Kanetix - Offers insurance price quotes and collects leads. Net 10, minimum US$50. International publishers OK, but they only want US and Canadian traffic, and offer two separate programs to target each country.

Lead Flash - Small CPA network, with mostly payday loan sponsors. Minimum of 2000 unique page views per month. Allows some email newsletter marketing. Net 10, minimum $100. International publishers OK.

Marketiva - Offers accounts for trading stocks, bonds, commodities, forex, and similar items. Net 45, minimum $25. They will terminate publishers who don't generate at least one signup for 90 days. Based in the British Virgin Islands, but international publishers OK.

Merchant Accounts Express - Credit card merchant accounts for both physical and online businesses. International publishers OK.

Money Bookers - Based in the UK, but serves other countries. They are an online payment system, similar to PayPal.

Nationwide Card Services - CPA network focused on credit card and bank account offers. Includes "big names," such as Bank Of America, Diner's Club, etc. International publishers OK, but their campaigns are directed to US audiences only. They also have an advertiser-oriented site here. We use this network, and have received payments.

NFAN - National Financial Literacy Network. Sells physical and downloadable products for audiences with credit problems. Net 30, minimum $50. US publishers only.

Offshore Explorer - Appears to be based in Costa Rica. Bank accounts, trusts, and other financial products based "offshore" - i.e. in countries outside the USA. International publishers OK.

Payday One - Payday loans without any fax requirement for applicants. Also seems to market under the name "Payday OK." Net 15, minimum $100. International publishers OK, but they seem to only want US traffic.

Payday Tree - Matching service for cash advance payday loan providers. Their signup form only accepts US addresses.

Pioneer Military Lending - A finance company offering loans to members of the US military. Their signup form only accepts US addresses.

Prospect Zone - Collect leads for mortgages and insurance. Net 10. Their publisher signup form only accepts US addresses.

Prosper - A marketplace for offering and requesting person-to-person loans. It appears that they may be shutting down the referral program at the end of December, 2007.

Total Merchant Services - Offers merchant accounts for businesses wanting to accept credit cards. Their publisher application form only takes US addresses.

True Credit - Credit reports and related services. Net 30, minimum $25. International publishers OK, but they only target US customers. They are owned by Trans Union.

Zen Marketing LLC - CPA network with a wide selection of credit card offers. Net 45, minimum $50. They only want US traffic, but international publishers OK. They also have a blog with announcements for publishers.
