ATM Interactive - CPA / Affiliate network featuring financial and credit offers. Requires a minimum of 1000 "unique page views" per month. They call new publishers on the telephone to verify applications. Minimum payment $100. International publishers OK.

AVA FX - An online forex trading platform. They just give an email address to request more information.

Bank Freedom - Prepaid Visa card.

BetOnMarkets - Betting on stock markets and forex movements. Net 15, by check, bank transfer, MoneyBookers, or credit card. Based in Isle Of Man, but international pubshers OK.

Business Financial Services (BFS) - Offers lines of credit to retail merchants, based on future credit card receipts. Pays weekly. Their publisher signup form only accepts US addresses.

Card Affiliate - A selection of credit card offers. They seem to also do some kind of offline marketing.

Care One - Credit counseling and debt consolidation leads. International publishers OK, but it looks like they only want US traffic.

Cash Flow From Credit Cards - Sells templates and guides to people wanting to publish credit card oriented affiliate sites. Two tier. We do not recommend this program, because they require publishers to purchase the product in order to promote it.

Cash Net USA - Offers payday advance loans. They are related to the UK program listed below, Quick Quid.

Cash Now - Offers payday loans in Australia and New Zealand. It appears that they also pay for signups by new franchisees. International publishers OK.

Cash Tycoon - Payday loan provider. Pays weekly by check or wire transfer. International publishers OK, but it looks like they only want US and Canadian customers.

Credit Factors - Subscriptions to their services for dealing with bad credit bureau reports.

Credit Score Booster - Sells information for consumers seeking to improve their credit scores. Net 30, by check or PayPal. International publishers OK, but they only visitors from the US.

Cure A Debt - Offers debt settlement and credit counseling for consumers, and also for businesses. Payments via check or PayPal, depending on location and amount.

Debt Reduction Center - Offers a debt consolidation program. Claims Net 1. International publishers OK.

Easy Home Valuation - Offers estimates of real estate values. Net 1. International publishers OK, but it looks like they only want US-based leads.

E Debit Pay - Offers prepaid debit cards. Requires a minimum of 100 unique page views per month. Net 60, minimum $100. International publishers OK, although there offers seem to be directed to US audiences only.

e-Financial Affiliates - Affiliate network based in the UK, for that audience. As the name implies, they focus on Financial type lead offers. Owned by Carter Phillips Affiliate Network. International publishers OK, although it appears that they only pay via PayPal for those outside the UK.

e-gold - An online person-to-person money transfer service (similar to PayPal.)

Electronic Appraiser - Offers reports to estimate the value or sale price of real estate. Net 30, minimum $50. Their signup form only accepts US addresses.

Electronic Merchant Systems / EMS - Offers merchant accounts for accepting credit cards.

Elliott Wave International - Products related to stock market pattern/trend analysis.

Emigrant Direct - Offers internet bank accounts paying high interest rates, and also MasterCard credit cards.

eToro Forex - Signups to their foreign currency trading platform. Choose either a lifetime commission percentage, or a one-time bounty. They seems to be owned by Tradonomi. Two tier. Pays monthly, minimum $50 by PayPal, or $500 by wire transfer. International publishers OK, and they offer sites targeting several countries and languages.

Excel Credit - "Marine financial services" - loans to buy or refinance boats. They also have an RV loan and refinance division. Net 30. International publishers OK.

First Premier Bank - Offers credit cards to those with less than perfect credit. Requires at least 10,000 visitors per month. Allows some email marketing. You must submit an invoice to request payment. Some international publishers OK. Note that their copyright notice states, "2003."

Fix My Credit Now - Leads for credit consultations. Pays monthly, minimum $50. Two tier. International publisher OK.

Flex Offers - CPA /Affiliate network, owned by Card Offers. Provides product feeds in various categories, including credit cards. Pays monthly, minimum $100, by check or direct deposit to US bank accounts. We use this network, and will update when we receive the first payment.

Flo2Cash - Based in New Zealand. Offers merchant accounts for accepting credit cards and direct debit payments.

Forex Affiliate - Linked to Easy Forex. Sells accounts for foreign exchange (currency trading.) Revenue sharing or one-time CPA. Two tier. Net 45, and offers PayPal and wire transfer payments. International publishers OK.

Forex Cash - Signing up users for forex trading accounts. Two tier. Net 10, minimum $100. It appears that you can choose a one-time bounty, or a percentage of new deposits. Based in the UK, but international publishers OK.

Forex Trading House - Seems to require signing up for a trading account. Net 30, by check or PayPal.

Free Debt Consolidation - Offers services to over-extended credit consumers. Also note that they have a similar program (with a greater variety of creatives) through LinkShare.

FX Associate - A few different foreign exchange services.

FXclix - Signups to forex accounts, which must be actively trading to qualify for commissions. Two tier. Based in Cyprus, but international publishers OK.

Go Emerchant - Offers merchant accounts to accept credit cards.

Go Free Credit - Offers free online credit reports with a trial membership in their credit monitoring service.

Good Returns - New Zealand oriented books on financial topics Pays quarterly, minimum $50. International publishers OK.

Harbor Credit - Car loans and refinancing. Their publisher signup form only accepts US addresses, and they only want US traffic.

HiFX - Foreign exchange and other currency services. They also have branches in Australia and New Zealand. International publishers OK.

Hometown Quotes - Pays per lead for visitors requesting a price quote on insurance. International publishers OK. It appears that they have an in-house affiliate program, and also a program at Share A Sale.

Home Trust - Offers a secured Visa credit card. Based in Canada, and only wants Canadian customers.

Horizons Unlimited Group - Offers credit related downloadable ebooks. Net 20, minimum $15. International publishers OK.

Hot Stix - Subscriptions to a stock market analysis service.

HY Affiliates - Yet another forex program. Net 5, by PayPal, E-Passport, or wire transfer. Based in Hong Kong, but international publishers OK.

Partner Weekly - Oriented to financial sponsors. Pays weekly, minimum $50. Owned by Selling Source.

Payday Cash Advance Loans - You must email them for details.

Payday Loan Affiliate Network - Biweekly payments, minimum $50. US publishers only.

Zacks InvestorReach - CPM network oriented to audiences of "affluent, active investors," and seems to be looking for high-end publishers.
