Author House - Self-publishing of books. Customers submit a manuscript and they print and bind it. Sometimes called "vanity publishing." Net 30, minimum $100. Their signup form only accepts US and Canadian addresses.

BiblioQuest - Based in Australia. They search for old, rare and out of print books, from suppliers all over the world.

BOL - UK-based general interest books. International affiliates OK.

Book Close Outs - (Formerly Book Express.) Deep discounted prices. Offers payment in money or in store credit. Pays 30 days after each quarter, minimum $25. International publishers OK.

Book Sense - Allows shopping from their various merchant members. Consists of various independent booksellers across America. Pays 90 days after the end of each quarter, minimum $50. International publishers OK.

Books Online - Sign-ups for various book clubs.

Chapters - The Internet version of one of Canada's leading book retailers.

Cherry Valley Books - Oriented towards parents, young people, and children.

Children's Book Insider - Offers a newsletter and books about writing children's books. International publishers OK.

Computer Manuals Online Bookstore - UK-based technical books. International affiliates OK.

Country Book Shop - UK-based, with free delivery in the UK. International affiliates OK.

Cover To Cover Audio - Downloadable audio books. Allows links to individual products. Pays only via PayPal, unless you are a student located in the USA. International publishers OK.

FatBrain - Choose a reading list appropriate for your audience, and build a professional-looking storefront. Features sections for Computing & Internet, Business, Science & Engineering, and General Interest.

Feed Forward - Based in Australia. Sells technical oriented books (hard copy, CD, and ebook formats) on various engineering topics. Seems to pay only via PayPal.

FictionWise - Focuses on downloadable ebooks.

FishPond - New Zealand based, and targeted to NZ customers. Mostly books, and also software and computer accessories. 10% commission for books, and 2% for software and magazines. Pays in $NZ, Paypal for non-NZ publishers, and NZ publishers can choose cheque, bank transfer, or PayPal. Min $20.

Good Returns - New Zealand oriented books on financial topics Pays quarterly, minimum $50. International publishers OK.

Heating Help - Books and other products related to home heating. Minimum payment $50, Net 15.

Indigo.ca - Canadian book store chain's online version.

Internet Bookshop - Discount books, CDs, videos, and games. Based in the UK.

One To Remember - Sells rare, new and used books, oriented to alternative energy and sustainable living. Note that their affiliate agreement is here. Two tier. Based in the UK, but international publishers OK.

Phoenix Rising Books - Australia-based supplier of "New Age" oriented books, CDs, and videos. Pays 5 days after each quarter, minimum $100. Offers checks for international publishers, or direct credit to Australian and New Zealand bank accounts.
